We are at FloorHub working hard to provide our customers with most convenient and economical way to get their orders fast and intact. We ship nationwide and deliver in NYC tri-state area.

Customers also can pick up their orders at the warehouse in Northern New Jersey.

Pick Ups.

Available Monday thru Saturday from 10am-4pm EST. All pick up orders must be pre-paid in advance. Customer must present a PICK UP Slip at the time of a pick up.

NYC tri-state area deliveries.

Deliveries scheduled 1-3 business days in advance. We deliver Mon thru Fri between 9am and 4pm. Saturday deliveries might available under special circumstances. Deliveries are to the sidewalk or driveway only. Material will be unloaded from the delivery truck at the closest accessible point to your residence. OUR DRIVERS ARE NOT INSURED TO BRING MATERIALS INSIDE YOUR RESIDENCE. Delivery charge will depend on the distance from our warehouse.

UPS Shipments.

All of product samples are shipped via UPS Ground. Cost of shipping is credited back if order is placed. If customer uses any expedited  methods of delivery i.e. UPS Next Day Air the shipping cost will not be credited back.

UPS shipping is also used for small orders of non-fragile materials such as:

• Laminate flooring
• Bamboo flooring
• Engineered flooring
• Glass Blocks

Under special circumstance we might consider shipping small orders of ceramic or porcelain tiles via UPS. However, normally use option is not available for shipping of tile or stone products.

LTL (Less than Truckload) Shipments.

This is the safest and usually the most economical methods to ship flooring products.

Cost  will vary based on variety on factors. The least expensive way is a pick up from a freight terminal in your area. Residential delivery with lift-gate services usually $200-$250 extra depending on a carrier. FloorHub have special deals with several common carriers that allow us to provide very competitive rates for our products. Rates are usually per pallet. That means that 20 boxes of ceramic tile might cost just as much to deliver as 60. In many cases we might provide an additional discount based on the size of your order.

There are some areas in continental US that are excluded from major trucking routes.
